"Some outlets were not working. Small room. Small restroom. Restroom was hot and stuffy. Room took extremely long to get cool. Beds were FULL size and when I originally looked at the site it said beds were QUEEN."

"Room was clean, but very outdated. Dirty carpet, wallpaper peeling off. Old and dusty, definitely overpriced. Pools and hot tubs were dirty and had gross bandaids floating around, didn’t seem like they were maintained well. Staff was all nice except restaurant staff all seemed miserable and like we were an inconvenience to them. I paid for an ocean view but got a partial and was told I would get a room when available, never got a full ocean view so that was really disappointing. Over heard a couple in the hottub have the same experience but they got upgraded their second night there. Very family friendly but so overpriced for the quality of everything. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
