"Parking is an extra $50 plus tax. And parking garage does not connect to the hotel so you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the lobby. Bathroom was very dirty , yellow stains everywhere. Sheets smell dirty. Bath tub would not drain .There was a bag of pistachios left from the previous guests left by coffee maker. This hotel smells very bad.There is no microwave. Only pro it’s about a 15 min walk to pike market."

" Clean, comfortable rooms and a great overall stay. The made‑to‑order breakfast was a nice touch, and having a Starbucks right on the 2nd floor was incredibly convenient. Housekeeping refreshed our room daily with fresh towels, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. My sister forgot her toothbrush, and the front desk had one delivered to our room within minutes — such thoughtful service. I also appreciated the added security of needing your room key to access floors in the elevator, which made the hotel feel safe and private. The location is perfect for exploring all the major attractions in downtown. Thank you, Hyatt Regency, for a wonderful experience. "

"I really liked this hotel. The location is really convenient, close to bus stop, subway and attractions like Pike Place and the Ferry. The only downside was two of the elevators weren't working, which left only one in service. Other than that, I had a great stay overall. My room was comfortable and had a nice view. I didn’t try the restaurant or any ammenities."
