"The hotel is definitely Mexican Charm. Our room was clean, plenty of hot water for showering, daily maid service and comfortable bed. The only down side in the room we had was you could hear some road noise now and again and the fan for the ac unit was a bit loud. The staff is absolutely wonderful and service was excellent. The food was not 5 Star, but you could find something at each meal to eat. We were able to find chairs by the pool each day and if you were having trouble finding one a staff member would help find one for you. We would definitely stay at this resort again."

"Had a wonderful stay at the Riu Vallarta, brought our 3 year old son along and the staff was so great and attentive to him , his favorite part was the new towel animals that our cleaners made for him everyday. We absolutely loved the scenery and all the palms . Was well taken care of. Will definitely be back again soon !"
