"The resort was clean, and the staff was friendly. The housekeeping team was excellent at stealthily cleaning our room. There was a bar cart in the lobby that served a featured cocktail each night, which was fantastic (a virgin option was available). The food was average for an all-inclusive, but it matched my expectations for the price. The steakhouse was the best option. The beds were very soft; not an issue for me, but be aware if you have back problems. I only have one complaint: all the pools were 32 degrees, only 1-2 degrees cooler than the air. It wasn't refreshing, so the only way to cool down was to go inside. I had planned to spend all day at the pool, but that wasn't possible without a way to cool off."
