"This hotel was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in New Orleans. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful, but a special shout out to Billy the concierge who helped make our trip more fun with great recommendations and an inviting and loving energy. The pool was our favorite part. The cleanliness, the perfect temperature and bar was the perfect way to escape the New Orleans heat and relax a while. The hotel was beautiful in its historic nature and very well taken care of by the staff. From the moment we walked in until the second we left the staff was there to help us with anything and everything we would need from getting us taxis to even helping us find local places we needed while we stayed. We will be staying at Bourbon Hotel every time we visit New Orleans."
