"I had reserved a non-smoking room for my two employees. Once they checked in, they realized they had been booked into a smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Employee #1 left to the gas station, as Employee #2 went to the front desk and politely asked to be moved to a non-smoking room. Employee #1 returned to find the room empty, not realizing they had been moved already. As he is coming out of the room, the front desk agent immediately accused him of “trying to double dip” and threatened to charge them for two rooms, saying he needed to inspect the room to “make sure you didn’t mess anything up.” All of Lebanon was booked up for the weekend, we didn’t have any alternative options, so we stuck it out. After the first two nights I called to extend the room for one additional night. The man who answered the phone sleepily said “We’re closed, call in the morning.” When I called in the morning, the front desk agent told me they were having the entire hotel’s floors cleaned that day, and they couldn’t extend the room. Rooms were available to book on Expedia, my employees said many other cars were still in the parking lot, etc. Only after contacting Expedia was the front desk agent magically able to reschedule the cleaning (it was almost 11am and the supposed cleaning people weren’t even there yet). Overall, the room was fairly clean, but there were cigarette butts on the ground everywhere outside, and, as outlined above, the staff were incredibly rude and unaccommodating."

"The room was clean and spacious. The pull out sofa was broken so they compensated us with a free room. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Will definitely stay there again. "

"When I first arrived after driving from Texas, I was assigned a dirty room and had to be put in another room. The elevator took at least 30 seconds to close every time and did not have a close button nor was there an inspection sticker visible. I purchased a suite which came with a living room area with a kitchen, attached restroom and another room with a bed and restroom. The suite has two doors to enter and exit from that rarely worked. Almost every time I left the room my key card wouldn’t work for either door and I had to get my key card reprogrammed more than once. I made sure my key card started separate from electronics the entire stay, but I still ran into this issue. Even one of the front desk staff tried her and there was no luck. Maintenance came to try their card and that didn’t work either, so my son and I had to wait even longer for maintenance to get a physical key to unlock the door. On the first night when I asked any a refund I was just told only the last night would be refunded and if I started the process it would take at least a week or two because the hotel manager “isn’t good with staying on top of those type of things”. My son and I were already tired due to a long trip, so I just decided to stay and make the most of the experience of witnessing his father graduate from Army basic training. The worst hotel stay that I’ve experienced."
