"Okay for a cheap 1 night stay. Shower water smelled like sulfur"

"Booked the hot tub room and the hot tub didn’t have hot water, sink was clogged so bad we couldn’t brush our teeth or wash hands, bed is past the point of needing replaced, and air conditioning just didn’t seem to get cold enough. Was moved to another room by a wonderful lady who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The next room was great but had to track down a blow dryer. Was told we would be refunded for the first night since we couldn’t use the amenities that we purchased but have never heard or seen anything refunded on my card. The staff is super nice and hard to be frustrated with but wish we could have had the hot tub our first night due to such a long travel in the car to get there. "

"There was snot on the wall, there were Mexican talking very loudly right outside our window at midnight, loud music at 7:00 am . One of the bedroom light fixtures was out, tv didn’t work, the bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud and looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. Other than all that fine"

"Perfect place to stay when going to see a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Having the shuttle was a great plus. Staff very helpful and I'm not sure why this is rated a 2 star hotel. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked."

"Room had no electric working on one side, no tv , smelled very bad. Like dog urine. And housekeeping went into our room even with do not disturb sign on the door. When i asked why she was there i was spoken to horribly. Very bad experience "

"The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty."
