"Room was clean and priced right for our one-night stay. We didn't use the pool. We opted to not use the shower because I didn't want to step-over the tub wall, even though there were good grab bars. I showered at home later. Bathroom was OK, but lacked a place to set our toiletries bag, toothbrushes, etc. The sink had narrow, slightly tilted edges, so hardly anything would stay in place. A shelf in the bathroom would be a big improvement. The hot water took a loooong time to get hot but eventually did get hot. Long supply line?"

We used the jacuzzi in the room and got a rude nock two times on the door from the guy at the front desk wanted to now if something was going on in the room because the room next door was complaining! Second time where told we could not use the tub anymore!!! The pool area was filthy. When we checked out the guy next store from us was complaining and was given a large discount! We were told since we booked through Expedia we could not be compensated? Probably would not stay there again!"

"Very noisy. Could hear talking in the next room. We were also by the entrance hallway and the heater on the entrance wall was like an alarm clock going off every time it started. "

"Was stuck in a blizzard and the staff was great trying to keep the kitchen open and everything running while they were dealing with limited staffing and weather challenges, which drove more than the average customers during this. Period."

"Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating."
