The boutique hotel is in the heart of beautiful Grand Case with a gorgeous beach and many fabulous restaurants within a five minute walk. "This property needs to be shut down and completely revamped. There was little to no water pressure in the showers. The following day absolutely no water. The towels felt like sandpaper. There was a solid wood panel under the sink that was not properly secured that fell on my feet whilst using the sink. They advertised hot tubs in the room and there was none. The AC did not get cold even when temperature turned all the way down. The breakfast was scrambled eggs with one piece of bacon, hash browns all served cold. Two pieces of orange and one watermelon sliced extremely thin and one piece of toast. This was at 8am No useable plugs next to the bed for use of a charger. These rating cannot be true ratings. I am not one to complain or voice my opinion but this property has nothing good. The pool was green and not kept. I don’t doubt they may have better rooms but this was by far the worst stay ever and this property should not be advertised on Expedia"
