"Good value, and nice to have a kitchen. The fittings are fairly new, and everything worked well. There was no documentation with the studio, e.g. nothing to say what to put in each of the four bins (important for non-UK visitors), or what the various switches do (including those in cupboards). My studio was on Cowley road. Despite being on the third floor, it was quite noisy. There didn't appear to be any air conditioning, and my visit coincided with a heat wave, making sleep difficult. "Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"
