"I chose La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham because I trusted the Wyndham brand to provide clean, reliable, budget-friendly accommodations. When booking in an unfamiliar area, I rely on a hotel’s brand reputation, photos, and listed amenities.
Unfortunately, this property was very disappointing. We had to switch rooms three times due to issues including ceiling water damage, a broken toilet, and a broken thermostat. Several advertised amenities were either inaccurate or unavailable, including the breakfast photos, guest computer/printer, and overall gym condition. The gym had a roof leak, poor lighting, and a bucket placed to catch water.There were also multiple loud barking dogs on the premises, and the hotel appeared to have some guests using it as long-term housing.
Overall, this stay fell far below the standard I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel, and I was disappointed by both the condition of the property and the misleading online listing. On a positive note, staff seemed apologetic at the condition and helped as much as they could. The parking was plentiful without an additional fee."
