Overall 3 out of 5 . It's the little things like Cobb webs and spider webs around the doors and windows, the coffee maker would work, toilet wouldn't flush properly. Supplied coffee pods for the coffee maker but no creamer, sugar or stir sticks / spoons. Bed was hard enough to play tennis on. It's going down hill since our last stay 4 months ago. The other rooms had table and chairs and this one had a chair and small low coffee table . Just not as good as the last time

I wouldn't recommend staying here. Room was dirty. Price was ridiculous for the size. Needs a major overhaul.

Had everything close by. Not happy when someone came knocking at the door past 10 p.m to ask if I needed a kettle after I submitted my review that it would be nice to have at least a kettle or coffee maker.

My stay at this hotel was for one night. I have not recieved my deposit back that i was told i would get back in a few hours after check out. My one year old son found a dirty nasty condom in the kleenex box. Which left us extremely disgusted. We would really appreciate our deposit back as soon as possible without any hassel.

Room was clean and recently renovated, its the little things. No soap holder in the shower, no hair dryer , no power outlet in the bathroom, supplied a coffee maker and coffee but no sugar , creamer or any thing to stir a coffee with , we had to chreck in through a little window while standing out side in the rain. Its all these things that made feel and look cheap.

Disgusting

Disgusting room very bad smell very very big scammers they just taking peoples money. Nothing is good there. I am requesting my money back for one night which they charge me for . I check out earlier and I kinda I couldn’t stay. I was booking for two nights and I stay only one night but this people this comment discharge me for tonight. Kindly return my money back.

I didn't like to have to stand outside to check in. I was not impressed with standing outside in the cold wind to check in through the window. I was not allowed to stand in the office out of the elements. When I got into my room I opened the drawer to put my stuff in it and there was a dirty sock laying in it.

So-so stay

This stay was so-so. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. While the room appeared to be clean, it was not fully serviced in advance of our arrival (a partial roll of TP and 2 flimsy bath towels for 3) with no service provided during the stay. Communication in advance of our stay was poor. We were arriving late (after 9pm) and the reservation instructions said to call directly 24h in advance to make arrangements for checkin after 9pm. We called the day before our arrival and left a message. We got a text midday on the booking asking how they could help. Sent text back explaining our late arrival. They texted that they leave a key box for entry and would text details later after they finished housekeeping the room but forgot to follow up with any info before our arrival. Fortunately, there was a sign with a number to call and someone happened to be resident in the building who was able to let us in.
