We were very surprised at the kitchen that was part of our room, and noticed that there were dishes and supplies that would be helpful when travelling. Just one complaint, and that was those that stay for work through the week (I assume) and leave very early (5:30 - 6:00 a.m.) need to remember that there are others there on vacation that don't want to be woken up that early. We were in a front room, and it did wake us up each morning. The rest of the stay was good. We enjoyed the breakfast, and found there was lots of items to choose from. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable. T & P Zehr

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was okay but it has gone downhill. Used to have pots of decaf coffee. Now, instant decaf. Used to have pastries but now just small muffins. Television reception was terrible!! Really annoying noises coming from the television on every station. Barely watchable. Price of stay was good but glad we didn’t spend more than we did.

Pro's - lovely front desk staff, nice clean entrance, ample parking, close to shopping and downtown. Spacious room. Con's - The room we were given (#234) smelled like someone had cooked stinky fish; there were greasy finger prints on the kitchenette cupboards and the inside handle on the door. 3/5 for cleanliness of room overall. Uncomfortable bed, for us at least. It was too soft. Sloppy contractor work done with the painting - paint splatters on the tiled floor, on the bathtub and counters. Although no fault of the hotel, there was a loud party happening above us until after midnight. Will we stay again? Probably not.

I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was incredibly spacious, it was clean, and I had no trouble with the wi-fi. The free on-site parking was also super convenient. The complimentary breakfast was alright, but it was also free so how much can you really ask for. Before arriving for my stay, I heard a few “ghost” rumours about this location, but I personally had no weird experiences. Overall, I had a great stay at this SureStay location.
