"Reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in we were given a king with a sleeper sofa. When we went to the front desk we were told it was reserved that way by Expedia and could not be given a room with two queen beds because they were booked up,also no refund because we booked through Expedia. We returned to the room pulled the sofa bed out,no bedding in the room. Called the front desk and ask them to bring sheets. They told us we would have to walk down and get them. They also will not provide pillows for the sofa bed. After my blood pressure went back to normal we finally convinced the boys the mattress would be ok to sleep on. Don't expect a decent breakfast is all I will say about that."

"Staff was very friendly - check-in was a breeze. Parking is good. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient eating places within the hotel. Drinks in the casino were definitely stronger earlier in the day. Servers came around often during the evening/late night. Even though there is a thermostat in the room, the AC didn't adjust when you adj it. The room had a stale cigarette smell even though all of their rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. The carpet was stained. Overall just an average stay - really did expect better accommodations considering the price."

"No vending (ice machine) on 5th floor. Had to go to 4th floor which is hard for people on a cane,"

"From appearances, the hotel has attempted to re-model however there are telltale signs of wear and tear. The one elevation is dated, small, slow making clunky noise. The elevator inside smelled and the laminate flooring was cracked/broken. We were placed on the 3rd floor, one room from the exit door, felt as though walking a scene from a scary movie. Our room only had one odd like chair! assume it’s a video chair that kids sat in to play video games/one has to lean back and look up at the tv screen. We are older mature adults and the bed mattress was elevated and constantly slid from the frame. The TV was very small and sounds erratic. My spouse had to watch March Madness basketball games via his cell phone. Next morning, husband decided to go downstairs for a cup of coffee. After a long wait, staff informed there’s NO Coffee. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back!! We will never stay again."

"First time at a bed and breakfast so can’t compare but the staff was great and they offered plenty of snacks and drinks. Only complaint is the room was a bit too warm for us. We were upstairs in a small room."
