"Had the room booked months in advance was not able to check-in until after 5 o'clock, requested elderly handicap accessible booking, was put on the 10th floor, the hotel elevator keys were ridiculous for several guests, and had to be replaced multiple times a day. Rooms were freezing cold, somehat clean, had items in fridge left from prior guest, the pool was super hot the first night the hot tub was dirty as well as the pool area No promotions or offers at the casino. Elevator in casino barely worked - if you could get on it. Lots of room for improvements!"

"Casino slots were really tight they should loosen them up so the guest would return for a better experience in gaming for me the hotel was great but it will be a few years before I return to play there"

"The breakfast was above average. I highly impressed with the continental breakfast. They offer chicken sausage, fresh biscuits and cinnamon rolls. Areas of growth. We required an accessible room. The shower head has to be repaired, that was done immediately. The accessible window shade and curtain was broken. The curtain and shade remained down causing the room to be extremely dark with only low light lamps in the room. The door didn't lock completely and looked like the lock had been tampered with in the past. And a dirty washcloth was left behind the door. "

"We had to wait to check in after 4 pm for our room to be inspected. My husband and I took a shower before we checked out and had no soap, shampoo or any hygiene products. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful and had us laughing when we checked in. They had great personalities!"

"I hotel was bad. Thet were construction on tye hotel entry. So you to ebter from tye restaurant which made your walk long to your room. Gets to the room the mirror in tye room was cracked. You could barely see out the windowcause tyet have not been clean as long as the building been there. My view was the garage. The iron in the room 5he cord woukdnt say out. The refrigerator didnt get cold and sat on the floor in the room not 8n a cabinet. The water pressure was very low. The staff was nice and friendly. Food was pretty good. The casino was nice. My only problem was tye hotel. Its okd and out dated for the money they charged for those room "

"I have been searching for a good place to stay during my regular travel to Shreveport, tried Casino hotels, they are good, but parking, check in/out can be strenuous and weekend prices go twice, they have resort fee and haven’t seen microwave in the rooms. Days inn is the best alternative. Amazing place to stay, decent pricing, Wyndham reward's, clean rooms, good quality linen, close parking, great outdoor sitting area, only thing is to have better black out curtains, will recommend this place to everyone!!"
