Family friendly Hotels in Overland Park, Kansas

"I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like it had been hit by a tornado, and the extremely rude staff. I will definitely not book there again, which is unfortunate because the location is ideal. "

"Great experience, front desk and staff are very friendly. Water pressure was low, I imagine from location and how many rooms in building but low water pressure in shower. I’m usually in bnb but wanted to try a new experience and rooms are pretty easy to hear through. Just be consciously considerate of others, either way just won’t be coming back to THIS hotel. For others fantastic place though! Again staff is nice and responsive and friendly. "
