"Good"

"We stayed just one night as we had an early flight the following morning. The hotel is very convenient as it is just a short walk under cover to Terminal 1 so no need for transport."

"We had a very pleasant stay and were given an older style room which we prefer. The decor is preferable to us as it is brighter and there is more cupboard space. The new decor is quite gloomy. It is our 8th stay in the hotel."

"It's important to allow extra time for the multiple elevators you need to take, especially when there are large groups all trying to use them at once. I found myself dreading the transition from my room to outside and vice versa. Especially because it creates frustration and people start acting aggressive... Rushing in, hoarding the buttons. It's comical once or twice, but if I were the hotel, I would 1) reconsider the algorithm that allocates the elevators and 2) working with event organizers to find ways to avoid the deluge. Perhaps I just got particularly unlucky with the timing of my stay and these big groups, but it ended up being a daily frustration."

"It was our family’s first time in Hong Kong and overall the hotel was exceptional. However, the front desk staff during check-in was rude. I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional"
