"This is a massive hotel with tiny swimming pool. They have major maintenance issues. Only 2 out of 4 elevators in south tower were working. I had to run down from 17th floor to lobby with my toddler and 3 other luggages. There is not hot water coming out of hot jetted tubs you pay extra for and you have to join Hilton rewards to get basic wifi. Parking is $66 extra for offsite parking and the freaking room alarm clock went off to wake my entire family up without me ever touching it. By far the worst stay ever for $300 a night. Sort your shyt out Hilton. "

"The stone mill inn was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable as well as the pull out couch. We had coffee in the room, there was bottled water in the fridge, plus a stocked kitchen with 2 burners. The staff were very friendly as well. "

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. we had an issue with our room and they responded promptly to rectify the issues and made alternate accommodations for us so we were comfortable. thank you! "

"This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items. The floor was quiet and therefore the guests are respectful of the quiet (11pm to 7am) policy. The grounds were well kept. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The spa was fabulous and is highly recommended for those looking to enhance their rest and relaxation experience. "
