It was safe and quiet and, above all, accessible. There are three subway stops within a five minute walk in various directions. No matter where we needed to go in the City, this hotel was a great starting spot. The staff were always friendly and helpful. When I came to them in quick need for a band-aid they had exactly what we needed. And the little details like the flavored water right inside the front door were great as well. "
