"This hotel exceeded expectations! It offers great value for money in New York, and has great access to main Subway lines into the heart of the city. Impeccably clean throughout, comfortable room, and above average breakfast. A stylish building with a rich history. Saw a good mix of international guests during my stay. Yes, it's in the Bronx, so of course it has Bronx situations going on around it. Don't be alarmed! Basic common sense and you'll be fine, Highly recommended - will be my go-to for stays in NYC going forward."

"It was very nice in the lobby, there was fresh and flavored water, they had healthy breakfast options and a bar, the staff checked us in quickly and kindly. The room was clean and decorated well it had a very comfy bed and the soap in the bathroom smelt amazing. The room had nice features and a mini fridge in the closet. It also had a workout station. "
