O café da manhã foi uma decepção! Totalmente desorganizado esse sistema de escolhas . Vc acordar e nem sequer ter self-service de água e café .,além de servirem um café gelado. Tudo que pedi para minha filha do dia anterior não foi informado a cozinha . E todos com fome esperando. Eu fui a recepção e ao restaurante no dia anterior expliquei que ela é alérgica a proteína do leite . Fora a desorganização para servir um café que poderia ser simples e agradável . Realmente, uma decepção, Os quartos são ok, funcionários ótimos , decepção p café , desisti de voltar ou ficar mais.

O Banheiro da suíte apresentava: Vaso sanitário com vazamento, Torneira do Lavatório solta, O Box não tem escoamento de água para o Ralo o que fez que o fluxo das águas dos Banhos escoassem para o Quarto até próximo da Cama. Suíte ocupada por minha filha, ficou semi inundada por infiltrações das Chuvas e mesmo com aviso a gerência, demanda por troca da unidade tardou muito a se resolver, mantendo ela dormindo nessas condições.

Percebe-se que o hotel ainda não está totalmente concluído. O problema de pessoal ainda é crítico pois demoram atender. Os produtos do cardápio como bebidas ainda em falta ou quantidade insuficiente. O bar da piscina muito desorganizado e com falta de pessoal mínimo para atendimento dos hóspedes. Serviço de quarto ainda bem amador. No quarto família falta estrutura de internet e canais de tv.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, porém o serviço precisa ser melhorado, poucos funcionários para o atendimento o que o torna extremamente demorado, piscina coberta é cobrada a parte o que não deveria ocorrer, as piscinas fecham as 18 e o checkin é a partir das 15:00 horas mas até sermos atendidos não conseguimos isufruir das piscinas no dia da chegada, o restaurante não atende o numero de hospedes, pois, é pequeno e a disposção das ilhas impede você se servir em certas ilhas, serviço demorado. O lugar é muito bonito, decoração impecavel, lençois bons, otimo tamanho dos quartos.
