Pra começar o check-in é tarde às 15h00 cheguei às 15h30 e o quarto não estava disponível foi solicitado pelo atendente que eu aguardasse 20 minutos, aguardei e quase uma hora depois fui informado que a camareira havia sumido e que ele mesmo estaria arrumando o quarto, como estava chegando de viagem com minha família cansado não quis esperar, achei uma falta de respeito absurdo o quarto já não está disponível dentro do horário, também não fui informado que a área da piscina academia e os demais espaços estão todas em reforma e não está sendo avisado nem nos portais de locação nem no próprio site.

A estrutura do quarto é muito boa (quarto amplo, cozinha e banheiro funcionais e bons amenities). Hotel de boa localização , próximo de alguns pontos . Muito atenciosos os funcionários , nosso parabéns ao Gustavo .Cafe manhã ótimo , e o hotel possui um restaurante a kilo que funciona direto até domingo muito bom, parabéns tb p Delcimar, Beth e Ivone . Piscina boa e academia com o básico . Quarto de ótimo tamanho , produto banheiro bom , voltagem 110! Único problema os travesseiros velhos e fedidos , o que nunca vimos na rede Mercure! Existe um supermercado verde mar próximo ótimo ! Gostamos muito
