Os apartamentos são melhor localizados para acesso as demais áreas do que os chalés. Comida boa poderiam incluir opções de sucos no almoço e jantar ( algo que não é incluso, se quiser terá que pagara a parte). Apesar de ter bicicletas, todas em péssimas condições e sem marchas, poderiam investir em bicicletas melhores e com marchas. Coletes salva-vidas dos pedalinhos ficam pendurados em um gancho sem um lugar para conservar, muitos deles jogados no chão, resultado, muitos coletes rasgados , com o fechamento danificado e péssimo estado de conservação. Piscina aquecida suja. Qualidade do shampoo não é muito boa, não faz espuma. Senhor que cuida dos animais tirando leite das vacas, precisa um pouco mais de cuidado e amor com os animais, o mesmo chutou o cachorro da fazenda para o cachorro sair da frente dele. Estes são alguns detalhes que podem ser melhorados no Hotel, apesar de ainda ser um local agradável para se hospedar. De 0 a 10 a nota geral do hotel seria 7. E apesar de tudo informado, me hospedaria novamente.

Tive uma ótima estadia, com profissionais sempre dispostos a ajudar e fazer seu dia melhor. Tio Sagui e Tio Frajola que ficam com os adultos foram incríveis !!! O dono da fazenda faz questão que nos cumprimentar, o que é um diferencial. Comida excelente, equipe incrível, cronograma pensado em nos entreter. Área da piscina bem equipada, com espreguiçadeiras, mesas, cadeiras e a área infantil da piscina é diversão garantida até pra adultos que são crianças, como eu. Natureza incrível e pesca livre, sempre cobranças quanto a varinha e isca (mas para melhores resultados leve sua isca). Área da fazendinha é incrível, com um contato que nunca sequer tive na vida !

Horrivel, tinha um bicho parecia uma ratazana imensa, na meu teto que arranhava como se quisesse entrar durante toda a noite. Nao conseguimos dormir, nao tinha ninguém na recepção para falarmos. Entrei as 9 e 30 e no dia seguinte fui embora por volta das 10 30 , pedi reembolso da diária que nao usei, e espero que esteja sendo providenciado. Pois nao quis ficar nenhum minuto a mais. Nunca fiquei num lugar deste onde o medo me impediu de dormir. O chalé precisa ser repaginado, as tomadas são antigas e ainda no padrão elétrico antigo. O jantar foi sofrível e o cafe da manha razoável.
