"Really lovely boutique hotel in a perfect spot in Bilbao. Right on the river, at the start of the Seven Streets district, at the heart of the pintxos bars and restaurants, close to the market, tram stops, train station etc. A perfect base for exploring this wonderful city. There are a couple of lounges which don’t really offer anything other than somewhere to sit, as far as I can tell, and there were a couple of accessibility points that I think someone with mobility issues might have struggled with (the location of the safe, for example) but I’m being picky. The restaurant has a fabulous Michelin-starred restaurant and a small bar area at its entrance. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone thinking of visiting Bilbao."
