"Oh my gosh - what a terrible experience. We went to check in there was no one working - we were there almost an hour and no staff showed up so we didn't get a room. We were trying to go to a concert so had to get ready in the public bathroom because we never got a room. We called all the numbers, even called corporate, and never got a person to help us. Definitely don't recommend!!"

"Rooms are large and clean, parking was limited but they had softball and lacrosse teams. I didn’t eat the breakfast because it was out of quite a few things. I would stay again, but at a much lower room rate. I believe the rate was inflated due to the Luke Combs concert in Ames. "

"Arrived late. Did smell of smoke up arrival? Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Room was very clean but could use update. Some stains noted in the carpet but appeared clean. Continuous loud fan/air exchange in bathroom but worked for white noise at night. Spent very little time there so worked out for us. "
