"I found the front desk staff rude. When I asked for an extra towel she said she normally receives a towel in return, which I found weird because I was asking for more towels. The continental breakfast was lacking and when the coffee ran out the front desk person said that people can drink the coffee in their rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, though.
