"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ottawa. Everything was exceptionally clean—the room was spacious and truly spotless, with every surface looking brand new. It had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, an ironing board, and other thoughtful amenities. The room was very quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall comfort was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the free on-site parking. The location was also very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive from downtown and Ottawa’s main attractions. The only small downside was that breakfast could get quite busy, and the selection was somewhat limited. However, this did not affect our overall experience. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay. We were very satisfied and would absolutely book this hotel again on our next visit to Ottawa."

"Price was great. Location was walking distance (15-20 mins...Parliament Hill - Byward Mkt.), which was great. They upgraded us to the biggest room in the place when we arrived (we hadn't requested), and the room was massive. 65" Sony Bravia flat screen in the living room, and a 55" in the BR. The only note I would have is in this room, the carpet was very old (with bulges and wrinkles), but it was clean, so that's really splitting hairs. Loved our stay, and will be back the next time we're in Ottawa without a second thought."
