Top Ottawa Valley Hotel Reviews
Ottawa Embassy Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The Ottawa Embassy Suites is well situated in Ottawa. Being a block from the Rideau Canal's well maintained walking trail, 5 or so blocks from Parliament hill, and with a pharmacy and a Farm Boy market about 3 blocks away, we were able to prepare breakfasts in our kitchenette, get out for walks and see the near by attractions, and of course hire an Uber lift to take us to other attractions. Being the country's capital city, the downtown area is clean, spacious, well groomed and well planned. All of registration, restaurant, cleaning staff at the Embassy Suites easily accommodated my husband's special needs, were friendly, cheerful, and helpful. We enjoyed this hotel for its spacious bed-sitting area with kitchenette, attractive view of Cartier Street, and its quiet and safe location."
Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
10/10 Excellent
"When I arrived at the hotel I had a slight issue with my credit card chip so I was scrambling around trying to find a cc to use…to no avail I had tried again but in instalments—that too didn’t work. Until the front desk suggested I use Apple Pay. He then upgraded me to a 2-bedroom suite from a 1 bed suite for all my struggles. I then walked into my bright spacious unit with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms far more than I needed but it was nice to be able to cuddle up in a few different beds as I wished. So far I am enjoying my stay and I check out tomorrow. It’s been comfortable and considerably quiet for the past few days I’ve been here. All in all I am happy with my stay and if the price is right I’ll stay here again."
DoubleTree by Hilton Ottawa Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Clean rooms, comfortable and safe. Beds were very comfortable. Central location to downtown Ottawa"
Fairmont Chateau Laurier
10/10 Excellent
"Great location for walking by the canal. Near to Byward market, restaurants and museums and galleries."
Welcominns Hotel Ottawa
8/10 Good
"The room was ok. Lots of dated furniture and lots of damages to surfaces, shower, etc. The real drawback for me was that there was no seating available at 7am for breakfast. The breakfast room is way to small and I had to eat in my room the two mornings I spent at the hotel."
The Business Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Room is clean. We were upgraded to a bigger room with King size bed and a kitchen. It also has a work area with a computer and printer for our use. The room is huge and clean. Washroom is also very clean. Location is excellent and close to lots of restaurants and pubs. The included breakfast is not great but has enough variety and can definitely can fill you up to get a good start for the day."
