"This is a quirky place. The building is older, with small elevators and narrow corridors, but our suite was large and well appointed, with a great kitchen, comfy king-size bed, a balcony and a 6-foot TV screen! The included buffet breakfast isn't fancy, but there are plenty of choices. Seating in the breakfast room is cramped - the "extra" dining rooms across the hall are much brighter and more spacious. Overall, it's a well-located hotel that makes up for the building's shortcomings with friendly service and good value."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. "Beautiful rooftop view"

"Parking was easy, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Location is fantastic, near the mall, good restaurants nearby, and within walking distance to the Parliament building. Overall, excellent. One minor suggestion is to start with full toilet paper rolls and napkins when setting up the room. It was annoying having to ask for this since day one."

"I booked a room (for 6 nights) with a view to the park, but was surprised after l checked in arround 6 pm, they put me in a back room in facing maintenance area. I want back to the reception and they changed my room facing the park (as per my booking). But the surprise was the windows and the view was blocked be cause they were making maintenance of the facade of the building. It was late and I was tired and has no choice at the time but to acceptfor the night. What added insult to injury l was awakened at 8 in the morning by the noise of workers and drilling on the exact level on the walls next to my room (831). The odd thing is, not all rooms facing the park were covered and under maintenance/ construction. The next day I complained to the receptionist and they apologized as the don't have any availability and they promised to change the room but never did. I had stay the full period with this inconvenience.. as they have took the full amount of my stay once I checked in.. and was not refundable. One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered."

"Nice clean room. Nice hotel and fair prices.. pool was closed and gym smelt like mold... but they're doing renovations so hopefully they're addressing this situation "
