"I come to Ottawa quite often and always stay at The Business Inn. Where do I start with why it's great? Staff is really friendly and efficient, location is central so that I can walk everywhere downtown or access public transit, every suite is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, and the free breakfast is better than anywhere I have ever stayed and I've stayed everywhere! Also very quiet and pillows are incredible! I usually travel with a water pillow for my neck but I don't need one here. That's how good they are. This hotel is a gem."

"I booked this stay for my parents, and they had a WONDERFUL time! I left a note on the booking that it was my mom’s birthday and they left a christmas card, a birthday card and a little treat. This made them feel so special and it made the splurge so worth it. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel!"

"Great room with a lovely view of the City, and the golf course below. The food in the restaurant was very good. Staff were helpful. The only minor downside was that at Christmas the hours for the fitness facility were limited. Will go back when I have more time to enjoy the facilities."
