"Excellent location! Clean unit. Really nice to have a kitchen. Pool is lovely. Only complaint is the electrical outlets are loose so it was hard to charge devices."

"Clean, renovated rooms. Breakfast was fresh a offered a variety of food. Ev charger onsite, underground parking. Had to pay for the parking fee ($25 per day) but no extra electricity cost to charge. It’s a slow charger as it took 20h+ for the battery to charge from 30% to 100% when it normally takes 3-4 hrs with a level 2 charger."

"I booked a room (for 6 nights) with a view to the park, but was surprised after l checked in arround 6 pm, they put me in a back room in facing maintenance area. I want back to the reception and they changed my room facing the park (as per my booking). But the surprise was the windows and the view was blocked be cause they were making maintenance of the facade of the building. It was late and I was tired and has no choice at the time but to acceptfor the night. What added insult to injury l was awakened at 8 in the morning by the noise of workers and drilling on the exact level on the walls next to my room (831). The odd thing is, not all rooms facing the park were covered and under maintenance/ construction. The next day I complained to the receptionist and they apologized as the don't have any availability and they promised to change the room but never did. I had stay the full period with this inconvenience.. as they have took the full amount of my stay once I checked in.. and was not refundable. One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered."
