Nice hotel, close to all city amenities. Beautiful Christmas decor. Minor issues with toilet and valet but good stay overall. WiFi never worked in my room despite going to the main desk twice. Unfortunate when I was working.

Welcominns Hotel Ottawa
The room was nice and clean. The rest of the hotel was clean and everything works fine, which is appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will certainly come back to this hotel.
