"The first night at the hotel, we had no water. They had to move us to the other hotel at 2 AM. Then Maintence just busts into the room While you are sleeping. Then we were not able to make any reservations for the restaurants and had to eat outside the hotel every day. Staff were rude and when we asked for more towels and wash clothes, they didn’t have any. Then they kept running out of drinking water for the hotel guests"

"There was nothing to indicate that children were not allowed. I booked and then was told that my baby could not be on the property when I landed in Curacao and that I cannot get back any refund to book somewhere else. Terrible experience and customer service. I tried reaching out to expedia, but we all know that's a joke as well."

"I was so impressed with the beauty of the area. The beaches were clean, the water was clear and the staff was very attentive. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The beach was right outside our room. I'd be up at 6 am and i would just sit on the beach and relax. There were plenty of chairs and loungers provided. You can order drinks and snacks to be brought to you while on the beach. The amenties were plentiful. There was a spa, a full breakfast buffet every morning. At night you can enjoy a meal or just drinks in the outside bar. There is also an infinity pool to enjoy if you didn't want to go in the ocean. I cant wait to go back to this paradise."

"Stayed in the private pool room. The room was spacious and updated. Had to be the most comfortable bed that I’ve ever slept on. Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend."
