"It's not the safest area, and the parking lot seemed a bit unsafe. Additionally, the staff didn't appear to care or smile once behind the thick glass. Lastly, there are no coffee spots within 5 miles of this place, and the in-room coffee is terrible."

"Upon checking in the older Latino gentleman at the front desk was just plain rude, acted as if we we bothering him. He was condescending and dismissive. The girl in that worked the office at night was nice though… The room looked clean checking in but in the bathroom at night there was a German cockroach, walking on the bathroom floor. Also, what was very strange to us, on my 2nd day of stay I went to the front desk to ask for fresh towels and was directed where to get them, so later on in the day when we went out someone went in our room and got the previous days towels which was weird. If they were gonna do all that they could have at least made the bed and added new toiletries….overall just felt creepy vibes there. "

"This was one of the most dirtiest hotels ive ever stayed at. The bathroom was disgusting, urine stains on toilet, floor was dirty, stains on sheets and pillows. If i could give it a negative start I would. Not to mention the sketch people outside looking like they are selling drugs and hookers. Loud people late at night and you could hear everything through the walls. Horrible."

"The room was nice. The air conditioner work amazingly, kept the room very cold. The water pressure in the shower was great with very hot water."
