UCHI Living Stay Otaru Suitengu
Room was nice. The issue is the location of the apartment. It was located at the top of the hill. From the map, it seems close to the train station and local attraction. But climb up the hill is an issue.

The place is wide and if you travel with children they can enjoy the bathtub and the spacious place.

Minpaku Ota Building 3
Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction ...
