"All the Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Beautiful view of the sea from the resort. Perfect location between the whale shark encounter/ port and main Oslob. Food was delicious and freshly cooked, with good size portions- the Lumpia’s are one of the best we’ve ever tasted! One thing to note for foreign guests is that there is no sheets or duvets just a Kumot (a white flat towel like sheet). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Oslob."

"​Our family had a very pleasant overall stay at Modala! The cleanliness of the rooms stood out immediately, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic every morning. What truly made an impression on us was the staff at the restaurant—they were so charming, attentive, and incredibly kind and helpful toward our elderly family members. ​While the general facilities were okay, the main pool could certainly use a good clean. That aside, the exceptional service and delicious food made our trip memorable. Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome!"
