An old hotel but the staff is very friendly and they keep the rooms clean and are remodeling the rooms to keep them up to date.

Since the last time I stayed here (3years ago) they have completely redone all the rooms. They very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here if in the area again.

Rundown inn

Room was nice and clean but toilet needed plunging immediately for no reason. Outside was awful, rundown. My biggest problem is there was no consistency with desk help and rates. I requested a late check out which they did agree to but when i went to the office in the morning to request a 3pm check out a new person was at the desk who failed to inform me they would charge a whole nights stay. I had done a 3pm checkout 6 months prior and it was much less $. When I checked out a 3rd guy was there who insisted they couldn't use the room after 3pm and would give me a discounted rate over double the late checkout fee i had paid before. When i brought up the previous fee and that the guy in the morning didn't say anything, he wouldn't budge. I won't go back.

Friendly check-in—professional. Room seemed to have been freshly painted. Typical loud air conditioner unit for room. Good towels! Reasonable beds; very clean & fresh bedding. Satellite TV. Exterior door to room needs new locks hardware to feel safer for room security. Hotel is quiet, in a uiet location. Exterior of hotel is run-down—an older property. Attached restaurant is closed/not operating—where to get a breakfast in town on a Sunday morning? Pool cover (inside the fence) seems like a permanent fixture. Driveway & parking lot full of potholes. Adjacent gas stations with convenience stores.
