"Loved that the property is directly in front of Universal Studios Japan park entrance, in the middle of Universal Citywalk and right next to the train station! Convenient all around and has everything you are looking for. Staff was extremely nice and helpful for everything we needed. And rooms are spacious compared to other Japan hotels. Truly great stay!"

"The hotel is quite new and modern. Nice facilities with gym, pool, spa and even a convenience store! It’s common in Japan that they don’t let you check in until 3pm, but they do offer luggage storage for free. So at 3pm there was a line up for checking in. The staff are friendly. The room is clean, however I expect the mattress to be a bit better (it was a thinner spring mattress), but it didn’t affect my sleep. The hotel sent in clean towels for the next day which was quite nice. I also stayed in another APA location so I know it’s a trustworthy brand. "

"This was a newly built hotel. Good size rooms, everything was comfortable including beds. I would pick 2 twin bed rooms since they intent to be more on the larger end or better lay outs. Staff was pretty helpful, big hotel. Area was not great for us. But thats Osaka. We would definitely come back to this hotel but not sure about the area. It was a great stay for the price"

"The APA hotel was lovely. There seemed to be a few in the area, but this one was in a very convenient location and accessible to trains and shopping and food. VERY clean rooms and the laundry room was so helpful on a long trip. Would absolutely stay here again. "
