"Lots of amazing shopping and food options around the property. Large rooms and balconies, only complaint is the bed sheets and towels had odd burned smell to them."
"The hotel was well located for exploring Osaka. In a residential area close to transport. The staff were very friendly and the free coffee and water in reception was great. "
"Had a great stay at this hotel, surprisingly spacious as far as Japanese standards and the lobby had free snacks (crackers and teas) that you can partake in. "

"I had an amazing stay at the Imperial Hotel in Osaka. From the moment I enter the hotel, I am greeted by several the members of the staff, who are always to eager to attend to your every need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The restaurants offer a fantastic array of foods. A complimentary shuttle can transport you to Osaka Station. Even though I mainly visited to see the sights of the city, I was tempted to stay in my hotel room to just simply enjoy the accommodations. I do plan on visiting Osaka again in the future, and will absolutely stay here again. "
