Althought they mentioned that they will only make room every third day but my room was made everyday. Nice location and very accessable to trains and other tourist location. Lots of food options around the hotel.

Well situated, good quality hotel. Fresh towels left everyday which was good. Two pillows each which seems unusual in Japan and was appreciated! Loved the free cookie. Bathroom didn't smell great, which I think was due to no seal around bath (you could see mould down the edge) otherwise very clean and good service.

Room was great for a family of four. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Room was very clean with the exception of a stain on the couch. The lively and entertaining neighborhood has some homeless and drunk people.

Nice hotel in a shinsekai area

Very nice hotel in the shinsekai area. Great room, comfortable bed with nice bedding & excellent daily breakfast. The shinsekai area has great variety of restaurant & activities, beautiful at night when all the neon lights are glowing.

Great place. Great Area but not too busy.

The hotel was very nice but a little small. The area was great to stay at. There were many restaurants and shops in our area and was in walking distance to places like Dotonbori. Hotel staff was professional and friendly.

Really great hotel to stay at! We very much enjoyed our time here and it was right in the heart of the best food hub in Shinsekai. Highly recommend this hotel for safety as well, was located close to several metro entrances (5mins) and we felt safe here at night. Staff spoke great English and were very helpful when using luggage forwarding.
