Very spacious and convenient location, close enough to Dotonbori markets to walk but far away enough to not be kept up by the crowd. Laundry machine in the room is very helpful. About a 7min walk from the airport limousine drop off.

The room was amazingly spacious for Japan standard Very clean Facilities are unbelievably useful and the best use of space Location excellent access to Dotonbori, Namba Kuromon market Best- airport Shuttle from Doton plaza Easy to reach to hotel from Airport too Don’t take Namba Just take Doton plaza then straight 5-10 min walk to reach hotel Nipponbashi station exist 7 was very close to go any where Everyday we came back to the room after exhausting trip we felt like coming home Definitely will stay again if we ever come back to the Osaka

Yes laundry service was excellent. AC was by far the most technological experience and worked perfectly well. There was a suspicious stain on the sofa, which I refused to use once in general. The staff helped out with the room key instructions, that was considerate of them. No reception desk, no contact with staff at all, except for the first day because they were finishing cleaning.

Excellent place to stay, with all the amenities and attraction places Dotombori 400m walking distance. Also lots of eatery nearby and 300m away from metro train Nipponbashi.
