Convenient and comfortable
Conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Ebisu-cho station the room was surprisingly spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet. The management were easily contactable via line and very helpful when our airline lost our baby stroller and the hot Water stopped working. The small kitchen was a great amenity and we were very satisfied with our stay. My only negative comment would be that the advertised washing machine had been removed and replaced with a mirror which was a little annoying but it was still a good choice.

Very new and modern apartments in DenDen Town. A little ways from Namba but only about a 20 minute walk. Was hoping to a Japanese style room so it would be easier for our 9 month old baby so a little disappointed with the Western style beds. If you are staying for an extended period, having the washing machine would be a bonus. More room than the average Japanese hotel. Good value for a night

Don't even think about it.
The name and address on the Expedia website are both wrong. We struggled to find the hotel in the rain. The room was not cleaned after last guest checked out. There were trash in the bin, dust on table and floors, and the bedcover was unchanged.

Worried no hot water supplies. The apartment indicated no guests allow to stay this apartment. The notice also shows outside the lift there will be inspection in this building luck we have leave early

Not sure what I should title this review
Don't go service apartment. I didn't know that till after I paid . No front desk. Hard to accommodate as u have no one to talk to. Had to pick key up a couple of street away. No wifi and called at own cost international rate at 2000 but came to fix it at 2300 when we were all asleep!!! The apartment is for a max of two persons and no more. They charged us for three but u cannot sit or move about or put luggages in same room if for three persons sharing this. U have to pay cleaning fee almost 1/3 of accommodation cost but it wasn't cleaned at all. We could see hair in sink and floor. Only thing they did was the change of bedding. We were asked to help them by removing the bedding when we left. What a cheek! They kept sending u emails to read their room manual and pay cleaning fee again, again and again. In the end, that became a joke.

Good location, okay price, owner can be better.
The room was okay (it is more a small apartment, actually), quite small for 3 adults. It has basic amenities for cooking (only 1 frying pan) and eating (exact number of plates, bowls, utensils & mugs given...no extras). The place was clean when we arrived; however, since we stayed for a week, we had to do the cleaning ourselves and washed the (very very thin) towels provided. Getting the key to the apartment is quite inconvenient, as you still have to travel by train to get to the owner's place to get the key & the wifi. If you have big suitcases and isn't familiar in Japan, you could get lost. The instructions to get to the owner's place will be sent to you in a VERY HEAVY Adobe Acrobat file a few days before arriving. We were lucky because we have family in Osaka, so we were able to drive to his place. Another strange arrangement with this apartment is that you will have to leave cleaning money when you leave. Shouldn't it be part of the payment already? The owner isn't accommodating either. Very aloof, prefers to just keep sending you the "House Manual" when you make an inquiry. The apartment is very conveniently located though. It is right in Nihonbashi, very near Takashiyama...walkable to Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. It is near Osaka Namba train station as well. Lots of shopping and eating places to walk to. Our stay was okay, however, we will make this our last resort the next time we are here.

通天閣近し 黒門市場近し
排水口から臭いがする。部屋にも少し臭いが漂ってた。 電気ポットの蓋にホコリの固まりが最悪だー 掃除が行き届いて無いのかなぁ それ以外は場所的も良い感じやし良い旅でした。
