This was a decent stay with some good points and a few areas for improvement. The onsen was a nice feature, though it wasn’t fully operational during my visit in the middle of summer. A cold onsen would have been a fantastic addition to contrast with the hot summer weather. The staff was very helpful and communicated everything clearly with printouts, making it easy to understand the facilities and costs despite the language barrier. However, the parking cost was quite high, which felt excessive given the somewhat remote location. It would have been much better if parking was included for guests, especially since driving is a more practical option for this area. The decor had a charming, old-school vibe, but some areas could use updating. For example, the air conditioning was dripping water, so a bit of maintenance is needed. That said, considering the price compared to other options in the area, it was still a pretty good value overall. I’d recommend it for business travelers who don’t mind the parking cost and are looking for a reasonably priced stay with an onsen!

コスパ重視で選ぶならいいとおもいます。 騒音が気になります。おそらく洗濯機？なのかな？防音になっていないようで外の音がすごく気になりました。 テレビが置いてありましたが使えなくなったようでフロントで怒ってる方みえました。見れないなら見れないと表記したほうがいいとおもいます。 チェックイン前にキャリーケースを預かってもらえたので助かりました。ありがとうございました。

皆さんが口コミに書いてる通りです。掃除は不十分ですし、スタッフも必要最低限のことのみで話が伝わらないこともあります。まわりも何もありません。徒歩5分のところにコンビニあります。ホテルのコンビニは営業してません。大浴場は良かったです。 それでも万博へのアクセス優先で選んだので不満はあれど許容範囲です。

９月１３日（土）万博利用。 口こみが悪いので主人と小５年生の息子には、施設は学校で利用する林間学校のような感じだからね、万博に近く安く大浴場があるので選んだよと伝えました。 部屋はシングルベット二台、二段ベット二台、本館宿泊。朝食つけました。 宿泊感想。 （当日ボイラー故障で楽しみにしていた大浴場は使えませんでした、宿泊料の値引き等の救済措置はなし。当方万博後で疲れていたので、部屋のお風呂でいいや~というかんじだったので問題ないのですが、ちょっともやっとしました。 しかし浪速のおじさんフロントマンが、聞く事になんでも丁寧に答えてくれるので我慢。ちなみに流しのタクシーはないので呼ぶことになるそうです。 それか歩いてモノレールの駅まで１５分位歩く、道は単純ですが恐ろしくだれも歩いていない閑散とした夜道は恐そうです、私たちは夜はタクシー、朝はホテルのバスでコスモ駅まで行きました。 ちなみにコスモの駅には物凄い数のタクシーが早朝から深夜まであふれています、２３時過ぎでも待っていれば来ます、万博行のバスまちの方も並んでいます。ちなみにコスモの駅ロッカーは朝なら空いています、サイズは三種類。） ・主人コメント 昭和のビジネスホテル、自分は全く気にならない。（予約&チャックイン、アウトは全て私がやっているので、フロントの方の対応等を知らないのでこの意見） ・息子のコメント 学校で行った宿泊施設より全然きれいだよ。 ・私５２歳のコメント お風呂はわかりませんが、覚悟して宿泊したので感想は「施設は古いが普通」です。 昭和のバブルを感じさせるホテル、そんなに手直しをしないまま使用されてるという感じで、オシャレとは全く無縁の安くて万博まで一駅が魅力のホテルです。 駐車場側から入ると普通ですが、大通り側からだとタイルがはがれおちていて、営業しているのかなという感じ、地震が心配です。 部屋と備品、使い勝手。 物凄~い小さなテレビに息子びっくり。 電気ポット（コーヒー紅茶等は全くありません） 冷蔵庫（冷凍はありません。高さがある場所に設置してあるので地震のときは注意） 歯ブラシ 浴室に固定式のシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ 女性はメイク落とし、化粧水、乳液等は持参必須。 研修施設ということで、親しくない方と同室になることを考えてのことか、大きめのロコロキャリーを置くスペースや洋服置き場等が以外にオシャレホテルよりよく考えられて、部屋はとても狭いのですがとても使いやすいです。 二段ベットに寝る方はベッドからのスマホ落下注意です。 スマホはバックか袋等に入れておかないと、ベットの隙間が以外に空いていて下の寝ている人に落下して危険。 シングルに寝ている方もベッド枠は鉄パイプなので、勢いよく起きると二段ベットの階段に頭を打ったり、ベッドに勢いよく倒れこむと枠にぶつける等危険です、息子は起き抜けに頭を強打。 朝食バイキング 広い昭和の会場、私たちが行ったときは第一陣がさったあとのようで３組しかいませんでした。 係りの女性やスタっフの方がとても感じが良いです。 ジュースは冷蔵庫のなかから自分でパックを取ってつぎます。内容はよくあるビジネスホテルの朝食で至って普通、値段が安いのでそれにみあっているとおもいます。 問い合わせメールには返信が来ません。 荷物だけ早朝６時から預かてくれるかなぞでしたが預かってくれました。外国人スタッフはとてもぶっきらぼうに荷物札をくれました。荷物はチェックインの時に札と引き換えに渡され、自分で部屋にもって行くシステムです。

部屋は少し古い感じがして、冷蔵庫の扉が拭いてないのか手の跡があったり、ホコリや壁のシミが気になりましたが、ベッドのシーツは綺麗だったのでまだよかったです。 別棟にある大浴場がボイラーの故障で使えませんでしたが、万博用に1泊しただけなのでお手頃に泊まれました。 朝、コスモスクエア駅までシャトルバスがあったのは便利でしたが、夜はありませんので万博から帰る時は要注意です。 コスモスクエア駅でタクシーがつかまりにくいと口コミを読んだので、最寄り駅まで行き歩きました。

ボイラーが故障中で大浴場が使えなかった。部屋も狭く、大浴場にはサウナもあって、リラックスすることをとても楽しみにしていたのに、何の割引も追加サービスもなく、言語道断。近くにはコンビニにも徒歩5分近くかかり、館内の自販機も種類が少なくて、レストランもないので、とても不便。また、コスモスクエア駅からの無料シャトルも午前中だけなので、不便だった

研修施設とはいえ宿泊料金を支払っているので最低限の衛生面は提供頂きたい。ユニットバス、洗面台も前利用者の髪の毛が残り、エアコンから水滴が落ちてきて、ランドリールームにはストック用のタオルなど放置状態。大浴場も修理が必要と張り紙がされ利用出来ない説明等もなし。

万博に行くために、滞在させていだだきました。よく調べなかった私も悪いのですが最寄り駅まで徒歩で10分程かかります。また近くに飲食店がありません。 また私が宿泊したときは大浴場のボイラーが壊れていて使用できませんでした。 滞在2日目に荷物を部屋において外出したのですがチェックイン時間をはるかに過ぎていたのに清掃が終わらなかったらしく、部屋の鍵が開いていましました。鍵をフロントで受け取る際その説明は無く使用済みのタオルが回収されておらず、新しいタオルも用意されていませんでした。お客様が多くアクシデントが多くなるのは分かります。ですがそれを上手くカバーすることが大切だと思います。

まず！1番納得いかないのが、ユニバ行のシャトルバスが日祝はあると記載があったのに、なかったことです！駅からもかなり距離がありましまが、それを決め手で宿を選んだので大変ショックでした。 フロントの方に日本人の方がいなかったので、聞いてもあまり明確な答えが返ってこず、清掃の日本の方に聞いたら、うちはそんなものはないと言われたので、各種サイトからシャトルバスがある旨は削除するべきだと思います。 それだけならよかったのですが、冷蔵庫が霜まみれだったり、廊下に謎の布が散らかっていたり、まくらやパジャマが臭かったり、行くまでの道がゴキブリだったり 散々でしたTT 強いていえば、お風呂は違う場所かと思うぐらい綺麗でした。

万博の宿泊施設としては最高だったと思います。 時間とお金の節約ができ、その分を万博での楽しみに充てられました。 ホテルのファシリティを求めるのであれば、絨毯のシミや室内テーブルに不満はあるのも分かります。 ただ疲れた体を直ぐに癒せる距離、そして深夜まで迎えてくれる大浴場は、代え難いものでした。 スタッフの皆様も、必要十分のサービスでしたし、誠意あるご対応だと思います。 コスモスクエア駅から深夜でも流しのタクシーが拾えます。 朝はフロントからタクシーを呼んでいただいたら３分で到着しました。(シャトルバスに時間を合わせれば無料です。) 総じてホテルのサービスではないかも知れません。でも必要十分な宿泊施設です。 万博やUSJを最大限満喫したい(節約志向の)人には最高の宿泊施設です。

換気扇に埃が溜まっていました。 排水口の髪の毛も清掃されていない感じでした。カーテンも触ると埃が凄かったため、触るのを諦めました。 クーラーの調整も自分たちではできないため、毎回スタッフに調整していただかないといけない感じです。 9月後半にお伺いさせて頂いたのですが、18℃設定だったので、女性客にはかなり寒いと思います。 スタッフは外国人が多く、日本語が通じないところもありました。

万博に行くために宿泊しました。 車の出し入れは何度も可能で、コンビニ等に行くのにも便利でした。 万博から遅くに戻ってからも大浴場が利用でき楽でした😊

万博と海遊館目的で1泊しました。それぞれ1駅で行ける立地です。部屋や設備は安いビジホレベルですが、清潔で寝られればOKならオススメです（大浴場は故障のため利用できませんでした）。 駅前やホテル周辺に手頃な飲食店はないので、ホテルから徒歩5分のファミマを活用することになると思います。ホテルと駅間はバスが出ていますが、夜間はタクシーになります。

使用済みリネンがだらしなく目につくところに放置されていた。アメニティも、歯ブラシとスリッパとパジャマのみ。大浴場もボイラー故障で入れず。フロントスタッフの対応が良かったのがせめてもの救い。 フロントの整理整頓がなされておらず二度と泊まりたくない。

チェックイン前の10時頃着いたが駐車場は空いてなく探すのに苦労した。 部屋が狭く、部屋内を動くのに苦労した。カバンを置く場所が無かった。ユニットバスは広めでした。 照明の調節が出来なく、分かれて無かった。点くか真っ暗か。
