This is a prime location near subway station and prime shopping as well as Dotonburi in Osaka. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the hip-ish neighborhood.

Location is the only positive about this hotel. Staff was decent. 1) the WiFi network is spotty. 2) the hotel uses a physical key to unlock the door. Get with the times and upgrade. 3) the rooms were outdated I will not stay at this hotel ever again! Thanks.

Trevligt hotell, men uppfyllde ej kraven.

Lågt betyg då en av kraven jag hade var att det skulle finnas tvättmöjlighet, vilket inte fanns trots att det skulle finnas. Likväl går det inte att använda deras telefon. Utsikt fanns inte alls då nästa byggnads vägg var ungf 2 m ifrån, på 7e våningen fortfarande, vilket blockerade även en hel del ljus. Det var rent och trevligt annars och har säker varit ett högklasshotell en gång i tiden.
