Absolute bargain for what it is. Private room, great location and everything was kept super clean. I am a light sleeper so brought ear plugs and would recommend the same as there is construction work going on outside and walls are thin but for price don't think you could get better.

I felt uncomfortable in this space when we arrived. People sitting in the lobby area looking at us funny. The doors to the rooms were pretty flimsy and the room itself was not great condition. They informed us of their policy about locking the door to the building past a certain hour and changing the code every week. This made me wonder more about the safety of the area and when we looked it up my worries were confirmed. I was nervous to stay here or to even use the shared shower space. We ended up canceling our stay and booking a hotel elsewhere. That said, we did ship our luggage here beforehand and they did keep it safe in a locked closet. They did not give us any refund.

Everything was great except for the fact that my room was soo cold because there’s no heating. They did provide an electric warmer that I put under the blanket to stay warm at night, but it was really cold outside the blanket, so something to keep in mind if booking in winter. The shower also didn’t have any hooks which was pretty inconvenient. But other than that the place is cleaned every day, there’s train station right outside and a Family Mart and not far from Dotonbori. Staff are also very nice.

Chambre simple spacieuse par rapport à ce que j’ai pu avoir dans les autres hôtel ou je suis restée. Futon agréable on y dort très bien ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Shinsekai. Beaucoup de restaurant et petits magasins aux alentours. Parfait pour visiter et déguster local à toutes heures. Le personnel est très gentil, l’accueil est chaleureux et propose de très bons conseils pour les restaurants et attractions aux alentours. Les sanitaires sont propres. Je recommande à 100%
