One of our larger stays in Japan and although close to a station, the location was not the most convenient. The place was generally clean, however when we checked in, there was a used razor found in the bathroom that we had to dispose of ourselves which made us feel as though some areas were not adequately cleaned before our check-in. The elevator to get to our floor was quite dodgy - small and we were a little worried about our large suitcases fitting. Responses from the hosts were prompt, and the bathroom and laundry facilities were great. However there was a lack of space to hang large amounts of washing - only one small drying rack. One positive is the spacious balcony with a nice view.

他の人がスペアキーを使って入ってきちゃうトラブルがあったのは驚きました。その日以降、また人が入ってきてしまうのではないかと心配しながら過ごしたので落ち着くことは出来ませんでした。立地や建物自体は良かったので、鍵の管理やコミュニケーションのやり取りについては不満でした。

快適でした。

まな板や包丁などを貸してもらい、朝食はサラダなど作って食べられました。テ－ブルスペースがもう少し広いと良かったですね。洗濯洗剤や食器洗剤もあり便利でした。

난바시티에서 5-10분정도만 걸으면 됐고 주변이 굉장히 조용해서 좋았다. 그리고 깔끔해서 좋았던거 같다. 주변에 편의점도 있어서 좋다.

酒店安排不能接受

入住咁多次日本酒店今次係最差的一次，本身未入住前用email通知我説酒店有工程問題要我們轉去心齋橋附近酒店，心諗都係差一個站便説無問題！去到要自己在信箱拿門匙，樓下一個管理員都無！到晚上洗澡發現其中一間房無熱水，因發現時已零晨1點所以無找酒店人員，到第二天早上email同酒店説無熱水，但一整天沒有回覆，要到第三天才回覆『请问您现在有热水了吗？』，問了一大輪廢話説會找人跟進，跟進完都係唔得要我們換房，我叫酒店人員檢查清楚真的無問題我們才換房，他説已檢查全部無問題！但到無搬晒全部行李入新房間時再試熱水，一樣都係壞的！新房間比舊房間細所以搬回舊的！好彩我們住3晚共兩間房，都可以借朋友間房洗澡，如果租得一間房我就要在氣溫8度的情況下沖凍水涼！到check out我時我們想寄存行李，他要我們把行李拿回Hotel Stay Sakura Nipponbashi寄存，要行2公里左右！我不明白一間酒店自己岀問題為甚麼要顧客自己想辦法解決，自己拿行李走來走去，不會有車接送， 整體來說這間酒店不能接受！！！

地點都算方便，南海難波站行十分鐘，google map都找到，check in好快攪點，酒店夜晚10點鎖門，要用自己條匙同房號開門，唯一唔好就是無打掃，我地住5日，無打掃，無打掃都唔緊要，但毛巾都唔換，要叫先換，有時朝早出門，櫃台無人，要早d回來先可以叫職員換毛巾，整體來說間酒店算唔錯。

숙소에서 도톰보리까지 걸어서 20분정도 걸리며,도톰보리 신사이바시등 한꺼번에 볼 수 있다

최근에 지은것 처럼 모든 시설이 깨끗하며, 무엇보다 세탁기와 취사도구와 전자렌지 식기류가 있어 가족 단위 여행에 좋을거 같아요

덴덴타운이 목적이라면 딱 좋은 위치

덴덴타운을 돌아다니는게 주 목적이라면 아주 좋은 위치 선정 다만 지하철 역과의 거리가 다소 멀기 때문에 (도보 10분) 이 점은 감안해야 함 냉장고(냉동실 포함), 전자레인지, 전기레인지, 세탁기 등 편의시설이 잘 구비되어 있어 수 일 이상 장기 투숙에 좋음 따로 이야기 안하면 청소는 안해주는 듯...? 얘기하면 수건은 교체해줌

舒适，实惠。大阪旅游时的首选之一。

位置不错，房间内也很漂亮， 前台比较简易，但是员工的对应非常贴心！ 整体印象比想象当中的要好很多，值得推荐。

西のポップカルチャーを楽しみに行きました。

急遽できた休みを利用し、久しぶりに日本橋に行きました！ 当初、日帰りで泊まる予定はなかったんですがすっかり疲れてしまって値段もお得だったので泊まる事にしました！ 特に期待はしてなかったんですが、 夜遅くのチェックインにも関わらず、フロントの方も優しく対応してくださり、お部屋の清掃も行き届いていてとても快適に過ごせました！ リピートしたいと思います( ◠‿◠ ) ありがとうございました！

日本橋に近いきれいなホテル

大阪の秋葉原と言われている日本橋に近いホテルを探していました。 ホテルにはキッチンや洗濯機もついていて長期間滞在でも快適そうでした。 私は利用しませんでしたが、１階では両替もできるようになっており外国人の方もたくさん泊まっていました。

Excellent place for stay in osaka

I booked this place with ma friend and stayed one night. The room was excellent and clean. The daily amenities are setted and facilities were perfectly worked. I didn't use the service but they provide the exchange service also. Definitely recommend if you stay osaka.

Nice hotel close to station and center of osaka

The room cleanliness was very good and they even have kitchen in our room be able to let us cooking our meal. And the reception staff was very kind to tell us where is good for tourist to sight seeing and willing to solve our questions. Even we are check-in late, they still have way to let us enter our room. I can say this hotel is better than it's price. :)

숙박시설은 일반 비지니스호텔보다 넓음 화장실도 일반비지니스호텔보다 넓음 세탁기가 있어서 세탁할수있어서 편함 실내에 실내화가 별도로없어서 불편함 일회용 칫솔 한번만제공해서 불편함 호텔이 멀리서 알아볼수있는 간판이 없어서불편합니다

離黑門市場極近，但google map無法定位！

缺點只有Google map無法定位出飯店位置，後來是以定位附近店家還有問當地居民才找到；房間整體乾淨整潔，內備有廚房設施以及洗衣機，可以免費借鍋碗瓢盆，位置離地鐵站、道頓崛、黑門市場都很近，在住宅區巷子所以夜晚也很安靜睡得也很好，是會推薦給人的住宿。
