Great - cute - great area - great service - really cool - this was the nicest interior room that we stayed at on our trip, best amenities, bathroom size. Best of all.
The hotel is very tired and the room smelt strongly of old tobacco smoke despite being a ‘smoke-free’ room. The window was bordered up so you couldn’t even open it for fresh air. The linen was clean and the cups/cutlery were packaged so we’re safe to use but the room was a bit dusty and tired. The lady that we met was amazing, she did our breakfast which was very sweet and served to our room at our requested time, she offered us her umbrella to borrow and also kept our luggage until we collected them later. She was very kind and welcoming and feel we only stayed because of her. Not too bad an area but in need of cleaning and updating.
When booking through Expedia, nowhere is mentioned that it's a 'love hotel'. It stinks of cigar smoke. It's cheaper, but if i knew i would have booked elsewhere. And it's not possible to cancel once booked.
Please note this is a love hotel. Please let customers know this before booking as we had found out when we arrived. A+ on customer service but room smelled of cigarettes even though it was non smoking and feels dirty being the nature of the place.
És un apartamento hecho habitación. Se agradece el jacuzzi después de un día intenso de visitar lugares. A pesar de ser amplio, al ser un hotel destinado a ciertas actividades, hay mucho atrezzo en la habitación que casi no deja tener las maletas.
It's a love hotel so of course there's a sketch atmosphere but the room had the best size of any room we stayed in Japan, not to mention a king sized bed! Breakfast was delicious, service was good but staff doesnt speak much if at all English (understandable). The room was very dated, the window was broken but covered, several shower tiles were chipped/broken and my side of the bed was broken and creaked and cracked pretty bad, it's seen some action. There is music playing in the hallways to muffle room sounds lol. Overall it was almost what we expected at a great price. Location was awesome too with a station less than a block away. Could it use a facelift? Absolutely! Do I care enough to not return? Hell no. Would definitely return and recommend.
Side note, it has plenty of mirrors, a huge tub and free porn, just sayin' ^_^
