Place was very nice and super clean. Easy check in and location was great. Very close to the main attractions. Convenient stores close by as well as local restaurants. There is a washer available in the room but no dryer, there is space on the balcony to hang your clothes to dry. Overall, very pleasant experience, I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Abitare Namba West from June 2 to 8. The room was exceptionally clean and remarkably quiet, providing a perfect peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. What really stood out was how well-equipped the room was. Everything we needed was provided and functioned perfectly—the bathroom, bathtub, water closet, induction stove, refrigerator, and microwave were all in excellent working order and incredibly easy to use. Additionally, the hotel's very close proximity to Sakuragawa Station made navigating the city absolutely effortless. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and highly accessible place to stay!

Room was spacious, and having a washer in unit was a plus, making it very convenient to have clean clothes daily. Walkable to tourist spots and train station. Communicating with the hotel staff was a bit difficult and there was not a lot of instructions at check in, for example, how to dispose of trash in the room. There was a storm while we were there and we asked to check out early for credit for night unused but they were not flexible with that. Just something to keep in mind when booking here.

Clean and spacious room for the price. Note there is no one on-site, but they do respond quickly if you message/email them. Lots of gadgets/features in plumbing fixtures and temperature control system that were somewhat difficult to figure out for foreigners - perhaps a manual/set of instructions would have been quite helpful. Could not be any closer to a subway station with the shortcut they will advise you of. Those step-by-step instructions were much appreciated.

Unfortunately, the hotel lists a washer and dryer, but it is actually a compact, single unit washer that only holds about four items. To dry clothes you can hang dry them in the shower with the dehumidifier on and takes about 6 hours to dry. When I complained about the cleanliness upon arrival they sent an employee up to clean while I was in the room. Communication was difficult as we could only contact through the Expedia app… it was so slow and took a day away from our trip just trying to resolve issues. I would say, if you are looking at this place for the amenities, keep looking. Pros: it’s at a convenient location. Great restaurants nearby. And quiet.

This hotel is in a great location for metro system. It has many rooms, which should probably warrant a desk staff. It does have a luggage storage area for guests on the first floor. Early check in not an option. All communication is remote with hotel. This is not a zen, peaceful retreat, but very utilitarian and mission objective.

The only downside was there were no clothes dryers in the building, but you could wash your close in the unit and take them to a laundry place a block away. The room was spacious, it was nice having a balcony, a full kitchen and a separate room for washing and using the toilet. Also a great location, a 1min walk to Sakuragawa station, a lawsons right next to the building.
