ブレーカーが落ちていて、リビングの電気がつかなかった。電話連絡後の対応がとてもよかったです。洗面所の扉の上に大きな埃が沢山ついていた。部屋などは綺麗でとても滞在しやすかったです。３泊したのですが、タオルや歯ブラシは1日分しかありませんでした。

メールのやりとりだけでチェックインチェックアウトが初めてだったので不安もありましたが、スムーズにできました。 リネン歯ブラシドライヤーハンドソープボディーソープシャンプーリンスありました。 部屋着はありません。 コンビニも近くにあり便利でした。 部屋が暖まるまで時間がかかり寒かったですが、清潔で快適でした。 マンションの入口にはマンション名が書いてあるだけなので悩みますが奥のポストまで行けばコージーホテルと書いてあるのでわかります。

最高でした！

床、カーペット、トイレ、お風呂、洗面所、布団、暖房器具全て綺麗でした。埃もなく髪の毛一つすら落ちていなくて、今まで色々泊まってきた中で1番清潔感あって設備も整っていて快適に過ごせました。潔癖の子どももこのホテルなら次も泊まりたいみたいです。 残念なのが、洗面所付近から強烈な下水の臭いで鼻がおかしくなるくらいの臭いでした。配管の問題なのか、匂いがなかったらパーフェクトなくらい完璧でした。 あと電気がもうすこし明るいのと、空気の換気の為ベランダを開けたら隣との仕切りが壊されて繋がっていたので知らない人と隣だと怖いです。 その3つ以外は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 友達が泊まった部屋は匂いがなく掃除も行き届いていて、すごく良かったです。 掃除している方素晴らしいと思います！ 潔癖の方でも快適に過ごせるホテルです。

アパートなので、せっかく家のようにくつろげるるのに、掃除が少し雑に思えました。 窓のサッシは、ホコリだらけ、トイレの内側のドアは、オシッコが、飛びっちった後があり、マットも汚くて、不快でした。 もう少し掃除を徹底すると、気持ち良く快適になると思います。

京セラドームてライブの後利用しました。ライブの始まる時間にもよりますが、チェックインが15時だとありがたいと思いました。ベッドは2台でしたが十分3人で寝られました。あと玄関先かとこかに喫煙場所を作ってくれたらありがたいです。
