It's about a 10 minute walk from the subway. Very quiet and safe, with a surprising amount of room. The staff was very responsive over Expedia and all of it was online.

Great location The rooms are real neat and tidy Spacious enough for 4 persons. They provide 4 single beds and mattresses. There is no daily cleaning or towel replacement service Kitchen has some reusable plastic cups plates and spoons. There is no iron.

Great apartments

This place is an apartment block of one-room apartments. So don't expect a hotel-type experience. But fo expect a very spacious room, and plenty of privacy. Also great is the washing machine. It's about a 10 minute walk from the east exit of shin-osaka station. Would vey happily stay here again when we're next in Osaka.

Very convenient area. Not too far from the station. Accommodations was very nice and clean. There is a fridge, but no way to warm up food. That was a minor inconvenience. We also only had plates, cups, and platic knives, but no other utensil. Beds were a little creaky, but still comfortable.

The property was very clean, and very convenient to access from Shin-Osaka station. There is an elevator for taking the luggage up, but also stairs for quick access. The host communicated well in both Japanese and English. My only constructive criticism is that the instruction PDF file is a bit overly large, and could be slow to access in some situations. Thank you Enzo Shin for everything.

Fue difícil encontrarlo esta en una zona normal, pero la habitación y el edifico ya estaban viejos, hay un robot que limpia pero el aire acondicionado estaba polvoso al igual que otros objetos, la cocina estaba manchada, el elevador estaba viejo y sucio, en la entrada del edifico había un nido de quien sabe que insecto, las camas no eran tan cómodas y por lo polvoso costaba dormir. El baño ya estaba viejo tenía una pequeña fuga en la manguera de la regadera. La locación está normal cerca de tiendas y transporte. Si urge que remodele ya sus cuartos y el edificio. El check in estuvo complicado porque las instrucciones no me abrían del todo solo el short de youtube, ya después en el correo nos dio los códigos pero la maquina no reaccionaba hasta que vimos que teníamos que esperar a que encendiera el teclado.

安かったのでこちらにしました。 流石にホテルと比べてしまうと色々ありますが、値段を考えれば良かったと思います。 気にならない方、寝るだけなら全然ありかと思います。 〇良かった点 コンビニが近くに複数軒ある 洗濯機、洗剤がある ハンガーが多い コンセント複数箇所 駅から歩ける距離 主要駅に出やすい 冷蔵庫がある バストイレ別 誰にも会わずにチェックインできる 全てパスワードで入室できるため鍵を探す手間が省けた 〇悪かった点 ホコリは多め、洗濯機や洗面台の隙間は汚い 電子レンジなし ドライヤーは安いもの パジャマなし ベットがとても軋む タオルの匂い リンスなし お湯の温度調整が難しい お風呂は自動で止まらない ゴミ箱は分別

There was a lot of weird stains on walls and chips of paint also a weird smell inside shower area, the toliet area you can barely stand inside, the area around the hotel has almost nothing around it and its about a 34 minute train ride to get near any popular destinations. The beds are INCREDIBLY uncomfortable and squeaky it felt like one wrong move and it would break.

こざっぱりしてて良かった。チェックイン手続きのリンク先URLが開かなかったりしたがメールできた手続き通り入館すれば大丈夫です。バスタオルが泊数あると良い。フェイスタオルはないがペーパータオルがあった。（気づかず購入してしまった）またお水などもないのでペットボトルなどは買って行ったほうがいい。ハンガーが三本だけだったのでもっとあると良い。総合的には満足。

コスパいいです

ホテルにいる時間が少ない旅行でしたので、家族四人でとまるのに値段も手ごろで予約しました。値段が安いので単なる部屋だろうと予想をしていましたが、その通りでした。寝るには問題ありません。チェックインが無人なのは書いてある通り、問題は二泊で用意されていたのは臭いのついたバスタオルが4枚あるのみというところです。ちなみにボディーソープしか置いてないので、アメニティーはそれを見越して準備が必要です。 何が困るって、朝一番で”タオルの交換をお願いするにはどうすればいいのか”を聞いたら9時間以上たって、”交換はありません”という返事ですね。値段が安いのでタオルの交換がないところまでは文句は言わないのですが、9時間返事無しは対応悪すぎです。 クレームみたいな書き方をしていますが、お盆の繁忙期に破格に安かったので、コスパで考えれば不満はありません。タオルの問題も、近くのコンビニで買えばいいだけなので、方針を決められなかった9時間に問題があるだけです。

This is an unreliable property. Do not believe what they say ir promise in their provided list of amenities or offerings. They will non-chalantly renege on it and take no responsibility. They do not consider themselves to be accountable and are a blot on Japan. They spoiled the last 2 days of our trip.
